  • Acting as a communication channel with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

When you apply for a position at TECHVIDA, your personal data is processed in a structured and responsible manner, with the aim of enabling the selection process, in accordance with the principles of transparency, security, necessity and adequacy set out in the General Personal Data Protection Act (LGPD).

6.2 Use and Purpose of Personal Data

The personal data provided during the application process is processed primarily for the purpose of analyzing the candidate’s eligibility for the position. This includes checking academic requirements, professional experience, technical and behavioral skills, as well as other criteria defined in the profile of the open position.

The main purposes of processing include:

  • Profile and Qualifications Assessment: Analyze the academic and professional history and other information provided to verify the candidate’s adherence to the requirements of the position, also considering TECHVIDA’s values and organizational culture.
  • Management of the Selection Process: Conducting all stages of recruitment, such as screening CVs, interviews, technical or behavioral tests, group dynamics and internal communications between the teams responsible for selection.
  • Contacting the candidate: Use the contact details provided (such as e-mail and telephone) to inform about the progress of the selection process, call for stages, feedback or possible inclusion in the company’s talent pool.
  • Fraud Prevention and Identity Verification: Carrying out security measures aimed at validating identity and the integrity of the information provided by the candidate.
  • Composition of the Talent Bank: When authorized by the holder, the data may be kept for future opportunities, even after the original selection process has ended.


6.3 Hypotheses of Treatment (Legal Basis) – LGPD – Law 13.709/2018

a) 7º, I – upon provision of consent by the holder: used,

for example, when the candidate authorizes their CV to be kept in a talent bank for future opportunities.

b) 7º, II – for compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation by the controlling shareholder: applicable in situations such as compliance with labor standards and legal requirements in selection processes for inclusion or quotas.

c) 7º, IX – when necessary to meet the legitimate interests of the controller: used in the stages of the selection process, to assess the professional profile of the candidate, respecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of the holder.

d) 11, I – when the data subject or their legal guardian consents, in a specific and detached manner, for specific purposes: When the data subject or his/her legal guardian consents, in a specific and detached manner, for specific purposes: for example, in the provision of information on disability, ethnicity or health condition for inclusion policies.

e) 11, II, a – compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation by the controller: applicable, for example, when there is a legal requirement to process sensitive data, such as admission exams.

f) 11, II, g – guaranteeing the prevention of fraud and the security of the holder: especially in processes involving identity validation or verification of the authenticity of documents.


6.4 Sharing Personal Data

Candidates’ personal data is treated confidentially and is not shared with third parties, except when such sharing is necessary to enable stages of the selection process or to comply with legal obligations, always in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Currently, we highlight the following sharing hypothesis:

I) Solids

Purpose: Candidates’ personal data may be shared with Sólides, a platform specializing in recruitment, selection and people management, used by TECHVIDA to operate selection processes. The purpose of this sharing is to facilitate screening, profile analysis, application of tests and other stages of selection, ensuring the integrity of the process.

Sólides acts as a data operator and is contractually obliged to observe the principles of confidentiality, information security, purpose limitation and other legal requirements set out in the LGPD.


6.5 Retention of Personal Data

Personal data collected in the context of selection processes will only be stored for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes that justified their collection, including:

  • The conduct of the current selection process;
  • If the candidate is called back for further stages;
  • Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations;
  • The preservation of TECHVIDA’s rights in any administrative, judicial or arbitration proceedings.


If the candidate is not selected for the vacancy, their data may be stored for an additional period of up to 12 (twelve) months, with the purpose of composing a talent bank for future professional opportunities at TECHVIDA, unless otherwise stated by the holder or when there is a different legal requirement.

During this period, the data will remain stored in a secure environment, with access restricted to the teams involved in recruitment and selection, and will be deleted or anonymized at the end of the period, according to the criteria established in TECHVIDA’s Data Retention Policy.

The candidate may, at any time, request the deletion or anonymization of their personal data, under the terms of the applicable legislation, through the channels provided in this Privacy Policy.

TECHVIDA adopts a comprehensive set of technical and administrative measures aimed at protecting the personal data processed in its operations, with the aim of preserving the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information and preventing unauthorized access, leakage, loss, improper alteration or any form of inappropriate or unlawful processing.

The information security practices implemented follow nationally and internationally recognized standards and include, among others:

  • Adoption of encryption and secure communication protocols (such as HTTPS and TLS);
  • Access control based on profiles and authentication;
  • Infrastructure monitoring and incident detection;
  • Internal information security and privacy policies;
  • Regular training for employees on good data protection practices;
  • Data storage in environments with adequate physical and logical protection;
  • Vulnerability management and continuous updating of systems and applications.


TECHVIDA undertakes to continually review and improve its security practices, keeping pace with technological developments and legal requirements, in order to guarantee a reliable environment for personal data subjects.

In the course of its activities, TECHVIDA may transfer personal data outside Brazil, mainly due to the use of cloud services that support the storage and operation of its platforms. These services are mainly provided by Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, which guarantee a high level of security, availability and performance.

Currently, the personal data processed by TECHVIDA is stored on servers located in the United States of America (USA), the country where the contracted data center is located.

What you need to know:

  • Services with a global presence: The cloud services used by TECHVIDA operate on a global infrastructure, which means that your data can be stored or processed in other countries, depending on the location of Microsoft’s servers. At the moment, this allocation takes place in the United States.
  • Standard Contractual Clauses and International Privacy Framework: To ensure that the international transfer of personal data takes place in compliance with applicable data protection laws, TECHVIDA adopts with Microsoft the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), according to the model approved by the European Commission in 2021, ensuring that data transferred to countries outside the European Union or to international organizations is protected by adequate security and privacy guarantees.
    In addition, Microsoft undertakes to notify TECHVIDA if, for any reason, it no longer meets the requirements of these frameworks, ensuring that your data remains protected and that any corrective measures are adopted transparently and responsibly.
  • Security and compliance: TECHVIDA cares about your privacy. That’s why it adopts strict information security measures, both technical and organizational. The providers we use hold international certifications, such as ISO 27001, and follow globally recognized practices to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse.
  • Transparency and your rights: You can always find out where your data is stored and where it can be transferred. TECHVIDA values clarity and is available to explain how this works and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject, as provided for in the LGPD.
